Taking over ownership of my family’s summer campground—5 Branches Camper Park—is one of the most meaningful (and complex!) transitions of my life. My parents poured nearly 30 years into building a "home" where families come to slow down, connect, and feel at home in the mountains.
It’s a balancing act—honoring their legacy while also shepherding the campground into a new exciting chapter. I’m working on modernizing where it makes sense, while holding tight to the things that matter most: the feeling of community, the power of connection, the importance of family and friendship.
This place has always been about more than a vacation spot—it’s a place where memories are made. And I’m proud to keep it that way, as a small, locally-owned Southwest Colorado business committed to staying rooted in what makes it special.

Here’s to blending past and future, and keeping 5 Branches a family-owned campground for generations to come. www.5branches.com
