1. How do I make a reservation? (NOT UNTIL FEBRUARY 2, 2027)

You will be able to book directly through our website at www.5branches.com. Just enter your dates and browse available RV sites, mini cabins, and cottages.

You can also call us at 970-884-2582 after February 2, 2027 if you'd rather have some help.

2. Can I choose my own RV site or cabin?

Yes! You can browse available sites and accommodations and select the one that works best for you. Not sure which site is best for your RV or family? Give us a call. We've had decades to get to know our sites.

3. Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. Beginning in 2027, we have a 3-night minimum for all RV sites, mini cabins, and cottages.

4. Do I need to pay when I make a reservation?

Yes. A 50% credit card deposit is required when you book. The remaining balance is due when you arrive.

5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans change.

• At least 72 hours before arrival: We'll refund 75% of your deposit and retain 25%.

• Less than 72 hours before arrival: We'll refund 25% of deposit and retain 75%.

• No-shows: Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds are returned to the original form of payment.

6. Can I still make a reservation over the phone?

Absolutely! We know online reservations aren't everyone's favorite thing. If you'd rather call, have questions about a particular site, or just want some help deciding, we're here.
